What is the Widget?
The Flusk Widget is an element you can add on your app to show your users and customers that your app is being secured with Flusk ⭐

Conditions to activate the Flusk widget
To activate or renew the Flusk widget on your app, you should meet the following:
Have an active Flusk subscription (at least Growth)
Have no security issue with the status
unresolvedHave less than 10% of your security issues
ignoredHave a security test run in the last 5 days
How does it work?
Once you meet all the conditions above, you will need to go on your Flusk dashboard to activate the Widget.
This will generate a Widget valid for 3 months. You can then install the Flusk plugin on your app which will display the "Secured" status for 3 months.
One month before your certificate expires, you will receive a notification to invite you to renew your Widget or meet the conditions again.

➡️ When can I renew my security widget?
You can renew the widget from one month before it expires. But don't worry, we will send you a reminder 30, 15 and 3 days before it expires.
➡️ What happens when my widget expires?
The widget will display the following message to your users: "This app security's certificate has expired"
➡️ What is the impact of the Widget on workload units?
None, the Widget will not consume any WUs from your app!
➡️ Does the Widget impact the performances of my app?
Not at all. To maximize performances, the Widget is cached in your users' browsers so it doesn't even have to make a web request once loaded once!
➡️ How long does it takes for the widget to update for my users?
Once you activate or renew your widget, it can take up to 48 hours to update for your users. This is because we cache the status to maximize performances. Learn more here.
