We're sad to hear that you can't see any logs in the Visual Log Explorer π
Let's explore the possible causes and how to resolve them.
Do you have an active Flusk subscription?
The Log Explorer is a premium feature and requires an active subscription.
Is Flusk a collaborator on your app?
Flusk requires collaborator access to your app in order to show and process the logs from your Bubble editor. Learn more about collaborator access here.
Are you target versions enabled for monitoring?
In Flusk, you can enable and disable specific versions to monitor. If your target version is disabled for monitoring you won't see any logs. Make sure it's enabled, find out how here.
Are your logs too fresh?
Depending on your plan and your app's activity, it can take a while for your logs to appear on the Flusk dashboard.
You can check the last auto-sync in the top-right corner of the Log Explorer.
β
Force a refresh of your logs
If none of the solutions above work, you can force a refresh in the menu bar of the Log Explorer using the Sync button.
Make sure there are logs on your app
Sometimes your app might not produce logs, for example when no users are active for a while. You can make sure your app produces logs by looking in the Logs tab of your Bubble Editor.
