This issue is fired whenever an unapproved collaborator is found in the "collaborator" section.

By default, all collaborators are unapproved and you have to approve them manually one by one in your Flusk Vault dashboard in order to keep track of them in time.

In order to fix this issue, approve this collaborator manually by clicking "Approve collaborator".
